About
Meet Dr. Kevin Atlee
Kevin Atlee, DMD earned his B.S. in Biology from Rutgers University and his Dental Degree from Temple University, where he was part of a small, elite group who actually enjoyed themselves.
He grew up in Marlton, NJ where he now lives with his wife, Emily (who he took to his senior prom), and their triplet boys, Nico, Darren and Michael. Dr. Atlee is a longtime martial artist and Crossfitter.
Meet Dr. April Moyer
Dr. Moyer studied at Drexel University before her acceptance into Dr. Atlee’s alma mater, Temple Dental School. During her gap year between Drexel and Temple, she worked alongside Dr. Atlee as his assistance. That said, along with mentoring her throughout dental school, Dr. Atlee has had the chance to mold Dr. Moyer in his image for about 5 years now.
Dr. Moyer was raised just down the road in Maple Shade, and now lives in South Philadelphia where she roots excessively for every Philly sports team and is still searching for the perfect chicken cheesesteak. In her spare time, Dr. Moyer plays in a local softball league, enjoys snowboarding in the Poconos, and loves to travel and try new food. Although her current apartment doesn’t allow pets, Dr. Moyer dreams of owning many puppies in the near future.
Our Practice
We are a general dental practice, meaning we perform procedures in all areas of dentistry. However, unlike many general offices, we actually do pretty much everything. We refer to specialists when necessary, but try to do as much here in our office as we can. Patients appreciate this immensely. Once you find a dentist you’re comfortable with, you don’t want to hear, “go to this guy for your root canal, this guy for your extraction, this guy for your implant and then see me when you’re done.” Now, if you need a specialist, we work with the best- but most of the time it’s all done right here. In this day and age of huge “big-box” stores and dental practices, we are the exact opposite of that concept. There’s one dentist here, me – Kevin Atlee, DMD. You’ll see me every time you come in. When you make an appointment twenty years from now, it will still be me here. We know all of our patients, and most of their families too. Our office is set up to not look or feel like a dental office. However, our treatment rooms are absolutely state-of-the-art. I pretty much have everything on every dentist’s wish list. Our hours include nights and weekends, so we can accommodate anyone’s schedule. Emergencies are always seen the same day you call. Telling you to wait a week when you have a toothache usually isn’t the smartest thing for you…or me! We try to work as efficiently as possible at completing treatment in a timely fashion. If you need multiple procedures, we try to “bundle” them when possible, so you’re taken care of in, say, two appointments, not five. Using state-of-the-art computer-aided technology, we can fabricate crowns in one visit…not two, which is the norm. Call to speak with our friendly staff to schedule an appointment. We also invite you to stop by our office, have a cup of coffee and meet us – any time.
